This little dog was found on the streets of Chicago five weeks ago…starving, frostbitten, and scared.  Fortunately for him, he was rescued and placed into foster care to nurse him back to health. 

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE A LIFETIME COMMITTMENT TO AN ANIMAL, DON’T TAKE AN ANIMAL INTO YOUR HOME!
